Choose the information that helps us investigate
For a factual correction, send the exact page URL, the passage you believe is wrong, and a relevant primary source. Explain whether the problem is accuracy, outdated information, a misleading example or a broken citation. A screenshot can help identify a display issue, but it does not replace the affected URL.
For a topic suggestion, describe the decision you are trying to make and which existing guide did not answer it. We prefer specific problems over lists of keywords: for example, how to separate meals in a one-bedroom home.
Account and tool questions
For an account issue, provide the account email and the steps that led to the problem. Never send a password. Avoid including detailed private records unless they are necessary to explain the issue. Account changes or deletion require verification that you are entitled to request them.
For a calculation question, include the tool URL, units, non-sensitive example inputs and the result you expected. The food converter performs label arithmetic and cannot answer what an individual cat should eat.
Privacy requests
Contact the editorial address from the account email where possible and describe the request clearly. See privacy for current export and deletion options. Do not send identity documents unless specifically needed through an appropriate verification process.
